Ditherdog was created in 1996 in Boston, Massachusetts just when the commercial web was
becoming real. The founding partners left the world of large consulting design firms
to provide better, direct-to-client service in the form of a smaller design shop.
In the beginning, Ditherdog focused on web and interactive design for small- to
mid-size companies. The tech-centric start-up atmosphere of the Boston area
was the perfect hotbed for interactive design. Over the years, due to client demand, Ditherdog has expanded its service offer
to include graphic design, branding and identity design, as well as traditional/digital marketing and advertising campaigns. Those Graphic Design degrees did come in handy after all.
In 2004, founder Ed Chung moved to New York City for personal reasons, and Ditherdog took the opportunity to
relocate the business there. Today Brooklyn-based Ditherdog works with clients mainly in the Northeast (our die-hard Boston clients are quite loyal)
and our reputation is attracting a growing client base nationally.
For over ten years, Ditherdog has consistently provided top-shelf design
