Windsor Communities operates one of the largest collection of rental communities on the east coast, catering to young suburbanites and corporate relocations.
THE ISSUES
Mainly a provider of short- and long-term corporate housing, their web site needed to facilitate rentals but still have a professional yet warm and welcoming feel to their web site.
DITHERDOG'S SOLUTION
We designed a sophisticated brochure-esque web site for identifying a community of interest and learning about it's units and amenities. Downloadable information packets and up-to-date availability information allows users to go farther down the sales road and arrive at the rental office ready to make a decision.
