EDS is a leading global information technology services company. They facilitate digital transactions world-wide, especially for financial institutions.
THE ISSUES
With the upcoming Retail Delivery Tradeshow, EDS wanted to promote their next generation ATMs and services which had innovative features such as full-color touch screens, coupon printing, and special services distribution (e.g. Stamps and Movie Tickets).
DITHERDOG'S SOLUTION
To convince potential buyers (i.e. banks) of EDS' new technologies we showcased the features as screens on the ATMs themselves at this tradeshow. This made the communication of information much more interactive and engaging. By using "attractor loops", coupon printing, and full-motion video on the ATM itself, we created a convincing demonstration that this technology is feasible and inherently compelling.
